The Best Milk Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 cup caster sugar
• 3 ounces Scharffen Berger unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped
• 1 6 ounce can of evaporated milk
• pinch of salt

Directions

1.   Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.  Blend until all sugar is dissolved and the icing is smooth and thick.
