Ingredients
- 2-1/4 cups flour, unsifted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups Ghiradelli milk chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix together flour, baking soda and salt.
- In a separate bowl cream together butter and both types of sugar. Mix in vanilla and eggs.
- Blend flour mixture into butter mixture 1/2 cup at a time. Stir in chocolate chips and drop by tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown (about 9-12 minutes).
